City Dog Update

To Our City Dog Clients,

After six years in our current Mound Street location and 14 years in business, this Spring, we will renovate and upgrade our facilities in order to elevate our overall experience for both humans and dogs alike. To that goal, we will pause our daycare services beginning May 6th, while we initiate the upgrades to our business structure, technology, and facility.

We will continue to uphold our commitment to our currently scheduled boarding clients and will accept new boarding reservations as we are able to safely do so. We have staged our refurbishment in order to safely and professionally accommodate our boarding guests.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we take this necessary step to ensure we are providing the best possible care for your beloved pets. During this temporary closure, we are investing in new equipment, restructuring the daycare play groups, adding outside yard access, implementing updated safety protocols, adding new booking and communication technology, hiring and training staff, and more. We are enhancing our facilities to create a better overall experience for our dogs and for you!

Our goal is to re-open by mid-late June, 2023. We will communicate updates through our social channels, website, and by email as we complete renovations and get closer to our reopening goal. These changes will result in a better City Dog. We are confident that our furry clients and their families will benefit greatly from these improvements, and we look forward to welcoming you back to a stronger and safer City Dog in the near future.

Thank you for your continued trust and support,

Your City Dog Family

We are excited to meet you

We started with the idea of a dog daycare where we, the owners and staff, would feel comfortable leaving our own dogs for the day or for overnight boarding. We have eco-friendly rubber flooring that acts as a shock absorber for our playing canines; white, slat fencing, that has resulted in an "open" dog daycare that so many of our owners appreciate; 15 over-sized kennels, 8 X 4 feet along with mural-painted walls and lighting that creates a bright, open, cheery environment. We have staffed this facility with a knowledgeable and dedicated group of employees that deliver exceptional customer service to both our 2 and 4-legged clients.
