Reservations require a deposit to be made of the first night of your boarding stay. To obtain back your deposit in the case of a cancellation, the cancellation must occur at least 48 hours in advance to the reservation start date & 96 hours in advance during holidays.
We ask that owners bring enough food for the length of your dogs stay. You are welcome to bring a bed, blankets and/or toys to go into their kennel. We just ask that any toys brought are big enough that your dog cannot swallow them unsupervised. All dogs will have a raised cot bed placed in their kennel if you choose not to bring your own. If your pet is taking medication, please bring that for their stay as well. We will ask you how much and how often the medication needs to be administered when you drop-off.
You do not need to worry about bringing any type of bowls as we will provide our own to feed dogs. If your dog requires a puzzle/slow feeder please let us know when you drop off and we will use one of ours for their meal times. If they have a bed or toy that is ripped and stuffing is able to fall out, please do not bring as there is a risk of your dog ingesting the stuffing.
We offer 20% off per night booked when you board two dogs and 26% off per night when you board three+ dogs as long as they are on the same account.
